Our Leadership & Values

Sabrina Chandrani

Sabrina Chandrani is the Founder and Managing Director of Crescent Partners. She manages all operations and will operate the acquired business as its successor. 

Sabrina's entrepreneurial roots go back to her childhood; her parents came to the country with humble beginnings and opened a small convenience store in Spring Valley, NY that she would frequent as a child - helping label snacks and unpack boxes. Sabrina learned the importance of grit, humility, and perseverance from a young age. 

She later went on to manage multimillion-dollar projects for large Fortune 500 companies during her time at Accenture, working equally with c-level executives, middle management, and fulfillment teams on the ground. After Accenture, Sabrina worked at young companies accross sleep medicine, childcare, and hospice, wearing many hats and helping those companies scale their teams and operations. Meanwhile, watching her grandfather navigate care facilities, providers, and ultimately hospice after a sudden hip injury inspired her to work in businesses that support the aging population and the infrastructure needed to care for them. 

Given her upbringing, Sabrina has a deep respect for founders and their legacy. Throughout her life, She has watched family members struggle to pass on their businesses and therefore their life's work to successors. She decided to make it her mission to bring her passion and dedication to partner with an owner in senior care with whom she was an excellent fit to honor their hard work and continue the work needed to care for our increasingly aging population. 

Sabrina holds an Economics degree with distinction from New York University and an M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business. 

In her free time, Sabrina enjoys weight lifting, meditating, and spending time with her family.
